(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed for transfer of petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by respondent from the Court at Ludhiana to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petition filed by the respondent has been dismissed for non-prosecution, therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous. In case, the statement is found to be incorrect, petitioner will be at liberty to move an application for revival of this petition.
