After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, it appears that challenge is to the interlocutory order of status quo passed on 11.06.2024 and the continuance of the same made on 17.08.2024, during pendency of the Appellate proceedings.

After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners shall be satisfied if a direction is given to the learned Appellate Court to expedite the hearing of the appeal, which is pending since about three months.
