(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed seeking transfer of civil suit No.1124/2015 titled 'Amarjit Singh and another v. Darshan Singh and others', from Jalandhar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Amritsar. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that litigation is as a consequence of matrimonial dispute between the parties. Petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by respondent No.1husband has already been transferred from Jalandhar to Amritsar by this Court vide order dated 14.01.2014 passed in TA No.641 of 2013. -2TA No.453 of 2015 be convenient for the parties to contest all the cases at one place. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and also for the circumstances mentioned in the petition, request is allowed. Civil suit No.1124/2015 titled 'Amarjit Singh and another v. Darshan Singh and others' pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division-8), Jalandhar, is ordered to be transferred to learned District Judge, Amritsar, who may assign the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction there. Learned District Judge, Jalandhar, shall ensure that entire record of the case is sent to learned District Judge, Amritsar. The parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Amritsar on 15.02.2016.
