(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this petition for quashing of FIR No.57 dated 21.08.2017 under Sections 448, 511, 454, 427, 188, 506, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Bhaini Mian Khan on merits.

The parties are ad idem that during the intervening period, a compromise was effected between the parties and on the basis of that a separate quashing petition was filed in the High Court and the FIR in question stands quashed on the basis of compromise vide order dated 07.07.2022.
