Advocate General, Haryana. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner has filed this first petition for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 269 dated 15.10.2022 under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (Section 201 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Lakhan Majra, District Rohtak, Haryana. 2.

Status report dated 17.12.2024 filed on behalf of respondentState of Haryana is taken on record. 3.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2022 for the offence of murder. Charges have been framed and 15 out of total 27 enlisted prosecution witnesses have been examined but the complainant is yet to be examined before the trial Court. Accordingly, last opportunity is granted to the prosecution to get the statement of the complainant examined. 4.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court for the time being declines the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner with liberty to revisit the Court after examination of the complainant or if the trial is further delayed, whichever is earlier. 5.
