The present appeal pertains to the year 2018 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as formal notice of motion is yet to be issued. The case has repeatedly been adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellants on one ground or the other. Today learned counsel for the appellants states that the appellants are not coming forward despite numerous letters having been written by him and as such he is unable to address arguments.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
