(ORAL) The petitioner-Gurpreet Singh has filed the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 01 dated 09.01.2021, registered under Sections 406, 498-A of IPC , at Police Station Women, SAS Nagar. The present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has also filed separate petition for quashing of the aforesaid FIR on the basis of compromise, which has been quashed vide order of even date.
