Through the instant petition under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.104 dated 10.08.2023, registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354, 148 and 149 of IPC at Police Station Amargarh, District Malerkotla. 2.

Vide order dated 09.10.2023, the petitioners have been directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions received from Investigating Officer states that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and they are not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the said facts, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 09.10.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
