The trial Court has allowed an application under Section 152 CPC in order to correct the inadvertent error in the judgment. Previously, the trial Court, while passing the judgment, failed to specify the details of the property given in the plaint. This revision petition has been filed challenging the same.

Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioner, at length and with his able assistance, perused the paper-book. 3.
This Bench is of the view that Section 152 CPC do enable the Court to correct the errors occurred due to oversight. Hence, no ground is made out to interfere. Consequently, the present revision petition is dismissed.
