ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) On 02.03.2020 the present appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution. Thereafter, vide order dated 12.03.2021, the appeal was restored to its original number. On 04.07.2022 the following order was passed :
"Vide order dated 02.03.2020 the present appeals were dismissed for non-prosecution. Thereafter, vide order dated 12.03.2021, both the appeals were restored to their original numbers and learned counsel for the appellant had sought time to place on record relevant documents as produced before the Courts below. Till date no such application has been filed.

On 16.11.2022 the case was adjourned to 30.11.2022 and on 30.11.2022 the case was adjourned by order to today. Today yet again a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of arguing counsel for the appellant on the ground that he is in personal difficulty. No ground is made out to further adjourn the case in view of the order dated 04.07.2022. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
