(ORAL) Instant application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed seeking transfer of petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') filed by respondenthusband from the Court at Rajpura to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Fatehabad.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the petition under Section 9 is transferred from RAVINDER SINGH 2016.02.12 14:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

In view of the consent given by learned counsel for the respondent, application is allowed. Petition under Section 9 of the Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rajpura, is ordered to be transferred to learned District Judge, Fatehabad, who may assign the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction there. Learned District Judge, Patiala, shall ensure that entire record of the case is sent to learned District Judge, Fatehabad. The parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Fatehabad on 23.02.2016.
