By this common judgment, petitions bearing CRM-M-47520-2024 and CRM-M53099-2024 are being decided together as the same are arise out of a common FIR. For the sake of brevity facts are taken from CRM-M-47520-2024. 2.

The petitioner(s) apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above have come up before this Court under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking anticipatory bail.

Counsel for the petitioner(s) have handed over the order dated 30.06.2025 as per which after investigation, the cancellation report has been presented in the Court. He further submits that the allegations against the petitioner(s) are vague and unsubstantiated. He further prays for bail by imposing any stringent conditions and contends that pre-trial incarceration would cause an irreversible injustice to the petitioner(s) and their family. Perusal of the copy of order dated 30.06.2025 passed by JMIC, Patiala in CAN-2722025 reflects that cancellation report has been filed by the prosecution in the FIR, as such, the present petition(s) stand infructuous.

Given above, the present petitions are disposed of as infructuous with direction to the State, in case at any stage they found petitioner(s) involvement or want to arrest the petitioner(s), they shall give them atleast six working days notice to enable them to take legal remedy.
