**** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) As per office report, counsel for respondent No.2 had been informed through e-mail but none has appeared. This is the second petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.261 dated 02.12.2020 registered under Sections 406 and 498-A of IPC at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar Mohali (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same on the basis of compromise deed dated 07.01.2022 (Annexure P-2). It is reflected for the record that after recording the statements, parties had stated that the terms of the compromise had been violated and the same had been failed.
