Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that the parties have compromised the matter and there is no threat perception. 2.

However, vide order dated 03.10.2023, it was recorded that the marriage certificate dated 27.09.2023 which has been issued by Gurudwara Luxmi Narayan Trust, Naraingarh, Cheharta, Amritsar, was not registered and the boy was not of marriageable age on the said date but still the marriage certificate was issued and the same was directed to be investigated into by the State counsel.

The respondents-authorities are directed to take appropriate steps against the said Priest and the institution for violating the provisions of law.
