None has appeared for the respondent despite service. Heard.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is residing at Jind with her parents and has no source of income. She also has a young daughter about 6/7 months old and it is not possible for her to go to Bhiwani to attend cases. Other two matrimonial litigation between the parties are pending at Jind.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed and the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act filed by respondent Sunil Kumar titled as "Sunil Kumar Vs. Anju" pending before the Court at Bhiwani is ordered to be transferred to Family Court, Jind.
