This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 24.05.2024 passed in CWP-12517-2024. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the services of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 have since been regularized. Petitioner No.3 does not fall within the requisite criteria as he is lacking in the requisite qualifications. However, his case is under reconsideration.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
