The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for transfer of the investigation in GD No. 21, dated 18.06.2022, under Sections 323, 354-B and 506 of the IPC read with Section 34 thereof, registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Police Commisionerate Ludhiana, in FIR No. 60, dated 05.04.2022, under Sections 323, 341 and 506 of the IPC read with Section 34 thereof, registered at the same police station, to the Central Bureau of Investigation, Central Intelligence Agency or to any other independent agency.
1.1 A further prayer is also made to direct respondents No. 2 and 3, i.e. the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana and the Station House Officer, Police Station Moti Nagar, District Ludhiana, to conduct the proper and fair investigation.

Notice of motion was already issued in this case to respondents No. 1 to 3, vide order dated 14.11.2022, passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the State has not filed any reply. However, he, upon instructions from ASI Gurmail Singh submits that the investigation shall be concluded within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy in case he is aggrieved against the
