Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that husband of the petitioner brutally murdered by respondents No.6 to 9 and regarding this, an FIR No.0071 dated 17.06.2025 has been registered under Sections 103, 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 and 25, 27 of Arms Act at Police Station Sekhwan, District Batala but till date, no accused has been arrested in this case and they are roaming freely. He moved a representation to respondent No.2 which is annexed as Annexure P-7 on the file.
