Mr. Aman Dhir, DAG, Punjab, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that claim of the petitioner has been considered by Police Authorities and Director General of Police, Punjab has forwarded her case to Home Department. The matter is pending before Home Department. He further submits that Home Department would consider claim of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order within three months from today. 3.
