In the present case transfer of civil suit titled as "Rajinder Kaur vs. Jasmer Singh" has been sought from the court of Jalandhar to Nakodar. At the outset, learned counsel for respondents no. 1 & 2 has raised an objection that this petition is not maintainable as plea for intra district transfer can be considered by the District Judge. However, no application was moved before the District Judge by the petitioner.
