(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of impugned order dated 09.09.2019 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur, to the extent whereby the revision petition filed by respondent No.1 against the summoning order in complaint case under Section 406, 498-A IPC has been allowed and the complaint qua respondent No.1 has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as the matter stands compromised between the parties. Ordered accordingly.
