Mr. Suman singh Gill Singh, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.4, by filing his Vakalatnama, and the same is taken on record.

The father of the alleged detenue has filed the present Criminal Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India before this Court to issue a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for the release of his daughter namely Priyanka I.e alleged detenue who had been allegedly confined by respondents No.4 to 7.

In compliance of the order dated 18.09.2024 passed by this Court alleged detenue namely Priyanka daughter of the petitioner has been produced before this Court. She submits that she had left her home voluntarily and today she has been produced from Vaibhav Ashram, Abohar. She further contends that she wants to go with her parents who are present in the Court today. Since the alleged detenue is aged more than 18 years and is an educated girl, she is permitted to go with her parents.
