Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was never summoned in case titled as "State Vs. Mandeep Singh". He came to know about registration of FIR No. 196 dated 15.11.2017 at Police Station Sadar Dhuri against him and is ready to surrender before the trial Court and furnish the bail bonds and the offences for which this FIR has been registered, are bailable. He seeks permission to withdraw this petition on above terms.
In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court. On his appearance, the trial Court will proceed further in accordance with law.
