Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the show-cause notice, dated 26.05.2023, Annexure P-1, whereby excess amount of subsistence allowance paid to the petitioner from 29.10.2022 to 23.02.2023 has been sought to the recovered. 2.

Reply to the notice was filed by the petitioner on 01.07.2023, Annexure P-9. No decision thereupon has been taken by the respondent so far. The petition being pre-mature cannot be entertained at this stage.
