(Oral) :

Two affidavits have been filed on behalf of the appellants, which are taken on record.

One of the affidavits is of Ankit Bhargava, Special Power of Attorney holder of appellant Sunil Bhargava, through which he has stated that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and for that reason, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. The second affidavit is of appellant no. 2 Sudip Bhargava, which is also to the same effect as the aforesaid affidavit of Ankit Bhargava.

Learned counsel for the respondents admits to the aforesaid compromise arrived at between the parties.

In view of the above, the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellants is accepted and resultantly, the present appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.
