(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. They jointly submit that both the parties shall remain bound by the settlement agreement dated 17.3.2016 arrived at between the parties in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
Learned counsel for the respondent-husband further submits that he has got instructions to say that in compliance of the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 17.3.2016, respondent-husband shall ensure withdrawal of all the pending AMIT KUMAR 2016.05.06 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
