NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 28 dated 22.04.2023 registered under Sections 498-A IPC at Police Station Vairowal, District Tarn Taran.

On instructions from ASI Gurinder Singh, learned counsel for the State submits that in the present case offence under Section 406 IPC was added later on.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. Permitted to do so.
