(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.5 to withdraw the complaint dated 10.10.2023 (Annexure P-1) from respondent No.6 and decide the same expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had filed a writ petition bearing CWP-1600-2025 wherein a prayer was made for directing respondent No.4 therein to decide the complaint dated 10.10.2023 filed by the petitioner in a time bound manner whereupon the petition was disposed of vide order dated 22.01.2025 (Annexure P-6) after recording the statement made by learned State counsel that complaint would be decided within a period of six months. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that despite a lapse of six months, the complaint is still pending with respondent No.6 - Additional Deputy Commissioner, Panipat.
