(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.2 i.e. Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioner does not assail the order dated 15.05.2025 passed by learned Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad whereby the matter has been remanded to learned Assistant Collector First Grade, Palwal for deciding afresh and prays that time bound direction be issued to Assistant Collector to decide the remanded case. 3.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed so far as challenge of the order dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-7) is concerned; however, it is directed that Assistant Collector shall make earnest endeavour to decide the impugned partition proceedings within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the parties before him. Parties are directed to appear before the Assistant Collector on 27.08.2025. It is made clear that parties are at liberty to raise all the pleas as available to them in accordance with law before Assistant Collector. 5.

The present petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6.
