(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to execute the Sanad Takseem dated 19.02.2025 (Annexure P-5) and to physically demarcate the share of the petitioner and other co-sharers as per Jamabandi for the year 2012-13. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
