The petitioner has filed petition under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.212 dated 22.11.2024 under Sections 103, 109, 115(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190 of BNS and Sections 249, 61(2) of BNS (added later on) registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala (P-1), during the pendency of trial. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with proper and correct particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded hereabove.
