Original compromise dated 17.04.2015 executed on 05.05.2015 has been produced on record by the parties and according to compromise plaintiffs have to withdraw the suit. Respondents no. 1 to 3 are legal heirs of plaintiff no. 1-Rachpal Singh, who has since died. I have enquired about the compromise from the parties present, who endorse the same.

In view of the compromise, appeal is accepted and judgment and decree passed by Court below is set aside. The parties will remain abound by the terms of compromise, which shall form part of the decree.
