This is the fourth petition, under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., whereby, the petitioner seeks the concession of his being enlarged on bail, in FIR No.91 dated 31.05.2019, under Sections 408 and 409 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Tibba, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, on the ground that, owing to inadvertence, he could not cite certain material facts in the instant petition. However, he seeks liberty to re-access this Court through instituting a fresh petition with better particulars, thereby seeking grant of regular bail. 3.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
