The petitioner herein is defendant No.1 in a pending suit for the grant of decree of symbolic possession by way of specific performance of the agreement to sell.

An application filed by the petitioner to summon the concerned official along with the original general power of attorney dated 25.04.2000 from the office of the Haryana Urban Development Authority, Panipat, has been dismissed.

The learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that the petitioner shall be permitted to summon the concerned clerk in this regard from the office of the Haryana Urban Development Authority, Panipat.
