(Oral) In the present appeal, the challenge is to the order dated 05.09.2024 passed by learned Single Judge, by which, writ petition bearing CWP No. 22232 of 2024 filed by the petitioner/appellant has been dismissed, which is causing prejudice to the appellant. 2.

On being asked to show any perversity in the order dated 05.09.2024 passed by learned Single Judge while dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellant herein, learned counsel for the appellant has not been able to point out any such perversity.

Further, learned counsel for the appellants is rather trying to reargue the case again so as to convince this Court to come at a different conclusion then the one arrived at by the learned Single Judge, which is not permissible.

It may be noticed that all the issues raised by the appellant before the learned Single judge, have been discussed and thereafter, the findings recorded by the learned Single Judge while passing the order dated RIYA 2025.09.05 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
