(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.549 (wrongly mentioned as 459 in the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepat) dated 09.09.2021 registered under Sections 148, 149, 302, 506 IPC (later on charge-sheet filed under Section 302 and 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act) at Police Station Sonepat City, District Sonepat.

Learned State counsel submits that the trial is likely to be concluded as the case before the learned trial Court is now fixed for final arguments.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that written arguments on behalf of the petitioner, who is accused in the FIR (supra) MOHD YAKUB 2025.07.21 18:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh

CRM-M No.47492 of 2024 have already been submitted before the learned trial Court. She wishes to withdraw the present petition.

However, considering the fact that the petitioner is behind the bars for the last about 04 years, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
