(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed for transfer of the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by respondent from Amritsar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at District Kapurthala. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petition has already been decided by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amritsar.
In view of above, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous. In case the statement is found to be incorrect, petitioner will be at liberty to move application for revival of the petition.
