(Oral) Applicant has prayed for transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Guhla, District Kaithal to Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to above. Under the circumstances, it is directed that proceedings under Section 9 of the Act at Guhla, District Kaithal, be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Yamuna Nagar.

Applicant has already deposited `500/- as costs and produced a receipt thereof in court today. Same is taken on record. Respondent to remit costs to be paid by him.
