IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH TA No. 698 of 2015 (O&M) Date of decision: 23.4.2016 Lachmi .. Applicant Vs.

Gopi ... Respondent

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK

Present:

Mr. Satyawan Singh Nain, Advocate for Mr. Deepak Kundu, Advocate for the applicant.

Mr. Anil Chawla, Advocate for the respondent.

***** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent, at the very outset, fairly states that since the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, filed by the respondent husband, already stood decided vide order dated 19.11.2015 passed by the learned court of competent jurisdiction, instant transfer application does not survive and the same may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the applicant could not controvert the correctness of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent and rightly so, it being a matter of record.

In view of the above, instant application stands disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.

(RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK ) JUDGE 23.4.2016 AK Sharma AMIT KUMAR 2016.04.25 10:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
