After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, realizing that the Court is not agreeing with the submissions made by him, on instructions from one of the petitioners i.e. legal representative of tenant Arjun Dev, who is present in Court, requests that the petitioners be granted one and a half years' time for vacating the demised premises where the petitioners, since the time of their father, have been running a tea-stall. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent on telephonic instructions from the respondent states that the respondent would have no objection if 06 months' time is granted to the petitioners subject to the condition that they would pay the agreed rate of rent on or before the 7th of every month till the time vacant possession of the demised premises is handed over. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioners shall hand over vacant possession of the demised premises to the JITENDER KUMAR 2024.09.30 08:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment Chandigarh

CR-5574-2024 -2respondent within a period of 08 months from today i.e. on or before 31.05.2025, subject to their paying the agreed rate of rent by the 7th of every month. Additionally, they shall file an undertaking to this effect, with due notice to the respondents, before the Rent Controller concerned within a period of 15 days from today failing which the present revision petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
