**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) Parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Report from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received to the effect that vide settlement/agreement dated 5.4.2016, matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
In view of the above, so far as remaining modalities are concerned, parties would be at liberty to settle the same amicably. However, so far as instant transfer application is concerned, it does not survive any further and the same is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
