**** AJAY TEWARI, J.(Oral) This appeal has been filed against the judgments of the Courts below. The trial Court dismissed the suit on merits but on appeal the appellate Court held that in view of the decision of the Supreme Court in the matter of UP Power Corporation Ltd. And another vs. Anis Ahmed, 2013 (3) R.C.R (Civil) 948, only a Special Court would have jurisdiction. To the same effect is a subsequent judgment of this Court in Kapoor Singh vs. Punjab State Power Corporation Limited and others 2015 (2) RCR (Civil) 891.

In the circumstances, no fault can be found with the judgment of the Courts below. The appeal is dismissed. Since the main case has been decided, the pending C.M, if any, also stand disposed of.
