On 11.11.2022 the following order was passed : "Till date there is no compliance of order dated 22.08.2019. However, keeping in view the fact that the matter is being taken up after 22.08.2019 due to the situation created because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, one last opportunity is granted to counsel for the appellant to comply with the order dated 22.08.2019. On the needful being done, let fresh notice to respondent No.1 be issued returnable 08.05.2023.

Registry to inform the counsel for the appellant of the date fixed."

Till date there is no compliance of order dated 22.08.2019. None had appeared on behalf of the appellant on the previous date. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
