(ORAL) Instant application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed seeking transfer of petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') filed by respondenthusband from the Court at Ludhiana to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ambala.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the petition under Section 13 is transferred from Ludhiana to Ambala.

-2TA No.729 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana, is ordered to be transferred to learned District Judge, Ambala, who may assign the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction there. The parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Ambala on 21.03.2016. Disposed of.
