There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s). This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR bearing No.158 dated 10.07.2019, registered under Section(s) 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State counsel contends that since the petitioner has already been acquitted vide judgment dated 25.03.2026 passed by the trial Court, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
