(Oral) Counsel for the petitioners submits that he could not procure the certified copies of the documents, which were relied upon by learned Trial Court, while passing the impugned order, as they were not the exhibited documents. However, it is submitted that the evidence is now being recorded before the Court below.

In the given circumstances, he submits that on account of material omissions, he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition, with liberty to file afresh, along with the requisite documents. Ordered accordingly.
