The present appeal pertains to the year 2018. None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant on 17.03.2022. Thereafter even on 16.11.2023 no one had appeared on behalf of the appellant despite the case been called twice. Today also no one has appeared on behalf of the appellant despite the case being called twice. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
