Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is wife of Simarjeet Singh, who has since died, and after his death, her mother-in-law, father-in-law and sistersin-law have filed separate suits claiming interest in the property left by her husband. Four such suits are pending in different Courts at Jagadhri (Yamunanagar).

The only relief sought by the petitioner is that all the four cases which relate to property left by her husband be heard in one Court. In order to seek the above relief the petitioners may approach the District Judge, Jagadhri (Yamunanagar). The instant petition is declined. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to move application before the District Judge, Jagadhri (Yamunanagar) seeking the relief as prayed for in this petition.
