CORAM:HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JAISHREE THAKUR -.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This matter has been pending adjudication since the year 2017. On last two dates of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Consequently, by order dated 17.07.2019, last opportunity had been allowed to the counsel for the appellant to address arguments, failing which it would be deemed that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.
Mr. Karan Choudhary for Mr. Inderjit Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would contend that he has no instructions and has not been able to contact his client.
In such situation, this Court dismisses the regular second appeal for want of prosecution, however, leaving it open for the appellant to recall said order within a period of three months, should the need so arise.
