This is a revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for modifying the impugned order dated 21.09.2023 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patti, vide which the trial Court has not granted ad interim injunction to the petitioner. 2.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide order dated 13.09.2025, the plaintiff had suffered a statement that he has compromised the matter and thus, he wishes to withdraw the main suit and the main suit has already been withdrawn and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such. 3.
